Boiler steam

SPKTB “Energomashproekt” designed “E” line boiler units using different kinds of biofuel. Design of our boilers isn’t worse than ones of the best world manufacturers but in many features are even better.

Boilers E-8, E-10, E-12, E-16 and E-20 are intended to receive steam for technological needs of industrial enterprises and used as a heating boilers in the systems of ventilation and hot water supply systems. These boilers are of vertical water-tube type and are used to produce 8; 10; 12; 16 and 25 tons/steam per hour under the pressure 1,3-3,9 MPa and temperature 225-380 Co.

Line “E” boilers use different kinds of biomass. According to customer wish gas burners can be installed to use natural gas as a reserve fuel.

Steam boiler (type E12-1,3-225D), in which natural circulation is used, incorporates two drums and has a Z-shaped heating surfaces stocked layout. The boiler is gas-tight and balance-tractioned.Made of tubes gas-tight panels, between which the strip is welded, form the walls of the combustion chamber and convective trap-flue.

Superheater and economizer (2 stages) are arranged successively along the flue gas.

Flare-layered way of combustion with step air feed allows to burn biomass with minimal formation of hazardous substances meeting the requirements of EN.

Processes of boiler power supply, combustion and control of steam superheating temperature are entirely automated.

Combustion of waste wood and other biomass with moisture content to 55% occurs at an inclined pushing plane.The set of boiler includes the heating surfaces block, convective bundle block, air heater, heating surface cleaning system, control system, framework with ladders and platforms, boiler sheathing, insulation, boiler fixtures and headset.

Bituminous coal, burned by the boiling layer technology, is used in the boiler as a fuel. Boiler unit includes a pipe system with gas-tight screens collected and assembled by convective heating surfaces, belts stiffness elements of the headset.

Cyclone furnace for obiomass burning capacity of 2 MW

Cyclone furnaces with solid slag removal are most adapted for burning sailing crumb-like fuels.

Low-temperature combustion technology allows you to:

  • retain the particles of fuel and coke in a rotating layer, which provides stable combustion and efficiency of the process;
  • due to the cooling effect of air feed as the combustion of fuel or its excess supply low-temperature incineration is provided;
  • reduce sublimation of the mineral ash, including alkaline metals, prevent formation of its sediments on boiler tubes;
  • ensure the absorption of sulfur and reduce emissions of sulfur oxides;
  • reduce emissions of nitrogen oxides.

Furnace, low temperature combustion furnaces by the stability of combustion, the depth of burn and environmental indicators are close to the characteristics of CBL (cyclones of boiling layer) furnaces, but are more simple to use, do not require increased energy consumption for the blowing. They also allow to organise high-effective low-temperature burning of wood-pulps and other wastes.
