Boiler steamSPKTB “Energomashproekt” designed “E” line boiler units using different kinds of biofuel. Design of our boilers isn’t worse than ones of the best world manufacturers but in many features are even better. Boilers E-8, E-10, E-12, E-16 and E-20 are intended to receive steam for technological needs of industrial enterprises and used as a heating boilers in the systems of ventilation and hot water supply systems. These boilers are of vertical water-tube type and are used to produce 8; 10; 12; 16 and 25 tons/steam per hour under the pressure 1,3-3,9 MPa and temperature 225-380 Co. We design a special technology for combusting crumble-like fuels in cyclone furnance. They enable to combust wooden and other waists efficiently and at low temperature. Boiler steam capacity 12 TPH (Type Е12-1,3-225D)Steam boiler (type E12-1,3-225D), in which natural circulation is used, incorporates two drums and has a Z-shaped heating surfaces stocked layout. The boiler is gas-tight and balance-tractioned.Made of tubes gas-tight panels, between which the strip is welded, form the walls of the combustion chamber and convective trap-flue. Superheater and economizer (2 stages) are arranged successively along the flue gas.
